How are addresses protected?
Bookers see only the neighborhood and city until their booking is confirmed and paid. The full street address is revealed only after payment.
What's the difference between short-term and mid/long-term?
Short-term stays are nightly (like Airbnb). Mid-term is typically 1–6 months, and long-term is 6+ months. Pricing and policies adapt to each.
Which booking platforms do you sync?
Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com — calendars, pricing, and availability stay in lockstep automatically.
Who handles guest communication?
Our staff manages 24/7 guest support, check-in, cleaning coordination, and maintenance through a vetted vendor network.
